Directions: Write a five paragraph essay on 3 significant things you learned from the movie John Q.  What you “learned” needs to be related somehow to material we have covered in this course. For example, you could write about conscience or making moral decisions using the STOP sign method. Additionally, one may write about the Beatitudes, Eleni, Maximillian Kolbe, Thomas Merton, Cassie Bernall, good law, making assumptions, et ceterra. 

Write a minimum of 22 sentences.

First Paragraph (2 sentences minimum)
Introduction and statement of thesis (Ex: The three significant things I learned…)

Second Paragraph (6 sentences minimum)
Discuss and explain your first point.

Third Paragraph (6 sentences minimum)
Discuss and explain your second point.

Fourth Paragraph (6 sentences minimum)
Discuss and explain your third point.

Fifth Paragraph (2 sentences minimum)
Conclude, summarize.

You will be graded on neatness, completeness, spelling, grammar and whether or not your points relate to the course.
